Celebrating Faith and Unity: 2nd Anniversary of Shri Vishwakarma Mandir, Dahod

The city of Dahod recently witnessed a grand celebration as Panchal Nav Yuvak Mandal, Dahod organized the 2nd Anniversary (Patotsav) of Shri Vishwakarma Mandir. The event beautifully combined devotion, culture, and community spirit, creating unforgettable memories for all who attended.

Chintan Shibir: Reflection on Dharma and Karma

On June 1, 2025 (Sunday), the celebrations began with a special Chintan Shibir (spiritual workshop) on the theme “Dharma and Karma Strengthen Community Development.” The keynote address was delivered by Shri Dineshbhai Gajjar, a well-known writer, social worker, and speaker from Surendranagar. His inspiring words highlighted how spiritual values and righteous actions can guide society towards growth and unity.

A Theatrical Tribute: Vishwakarma Purana

To inspire the younger generation, a thought-provoking play titled “The Form of the Creator” was staged, based on the Vishwakarma Purana. Written and directed by Shri Dineshbhai Gajjar and his talented team, the play was performed in a grand setting, leaving the audience deeply moved and filled with pride in their heritage.

Community Initiatives and Recognition

As part of the Patotsav, Panchal Nav Yuvak Mandal introduced a WhatsApp-based initiative called “Shri Vishwakarma Nandan Dahod”—a thoughtful scheme to share greetings, condolences, and community updates, while also supporting the Mandal through contributions.

The Mandal also honored the Dahod City team for their outstanding victory in the Shri Vishwakarma Night Cricket Tournament, recognizing the talent and energy of the youth.

Music, Devotion, and Service

The celebrations continued with vibrant performances. On June 3, 2025 (Tuesday), Shri Vishwakarma Panchal Mahila Mandal, Dahod presented a lively Garba night, filling the atmosphere with joy and cultural pride.

On June 4, 2025 (Wednesday), the community came together for the Vishnu Yagna, which included Poojan, Maha Abhishek, Vishnu Yagna Homa, Purnahuti Aarti, and Mahaprasad. The rituals were performed with devotion, seeking blessings for peace, prosperity, and happiness for all.

Adding to the spirit of service, a Blood Donation Camp was organized in collaboration with My Blood Center, Dahod. A total of 30 units of blood were donated by 20 brothers and 10 sisters of the community—a true reflection of compassion and social responsibility.

A Celebration of Togetherness

The entire program was a perfect blend of spirituality, culture, sports, and social service. Panchal Nav Yuvak Mandal, Dahod extended heartfelt gratitude to every community member whose support and participation made the 2nd Patotsav of Shri Vishwakarma Mandir a grand success.
